LUXMAIN has participated in 2023 Automechanika Shanghai that was held from November 29 to December 2 at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). Brought LUXMAIN Quick Lift and Inground Car Lift. This part mainly introduces Inground Car Lift.
After 7 years of development, LUXMAIN’s home garage inground car lift has completed the layout of a full series of single post, double post, commercial vehicles and customized inground lifts.
Single post underground lift is applicable for car washing and maintenance. Car washing lift is mainly used for cleaning and simple maintenance of the vehicle chassis. The pallet of the basement park lift is inlaid with a grid plate to ensure the permeability of the bottom of the vehicle and provide a wide space for cleaning the chassis. The one post inground lift for maintenance is equipped with dual safety devices such as mechanical locks and hydraulic throttle plates. It can be equipped with H/X-type support arms so that users can easily complete daily maintenance.
The two post and commercial vehicle series inground lifts are mainly used for vehicle maintenance and vehicle assembly and adjustment. There are a variety of structural types, including two-post integrated type, two post split type, that according to actual needs, different control methods such as hydraulic, mechanical or PLC can be used. The LUXMAIN double post standard inground lift has passed CE certification.
LUXMAIN can also customize different types of underground hydraulic car lift according to working conditions and geological conditions, which are mainly suitable for general industrial manufacturing fields such as vehicle assembly, construction machinery and forklifts. This equipment generally adopts double post or multi post form. The maximum lifting weight of the equipment that has been completed has reached 32 tons.
